You may purchase Virtual Items within our services for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Virtual Items remain the property of Dino Games. All purchases are final unless required by law. Upon termination, unused Virtual Items are forfeited without compensation.
The following are prohibited: unauthorized access to our systems; use of our services for illegal purposes; reverse engineering or modification of our software; unauthorized transfer or sale of Virtual Items; hosting or providing unauthorized access to our games; and any use that violates applicable law.
All content, software, and technology in our services is owned by Dino Games or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DINO GAMES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hanoi, Vietnam.
